We encourage our clients to contact us as soon as possible in the event of a health or other insured event, so that we can explain how your insurer’s claims process works and help you navigate it.

Practical assistance when a claim arises

When you contact us about a claim, we begin by discussing your situation and the policies that may apply. We then outline the steps involved in lodging or progressing the claim and explain the information the insurer has asked for.

If the insurer requires documentation or other evidence, we help you identify what is needed and can support you to prepare it in the format requested. We assist with completing and submitting claim forms and responding to any follow-up questions from the insurer.

As the claim progresses, we clarify requirements, follow up on outstanding matters and help keep communication organised between you and the insurer.

Our role is to support you by helping you understand the process, presenting the information the insurer requests, and maintaining clear communication from start to finish.
